About the Owner and Main Photographer
My name is Mauricio Rubi, and I am a U.S. Army veteran. I served our country for over twenty years, having been deployed to Iraq in 2002, 2004, 2008, and 2016. I also supported Ukraine at the beginning of their war against Russia. After deciding to hang up my boots, I attended Antelope Valley College and earned my first degree in electrical technology. Higher education is a fundamentally important aspect of a person’s life. I have double-majored in commercial photography and digital media for the past year. I truly believe digital media is the future, and photography will help me better assist my customers in telling their stories. A long-time dream of mine was to start my own business; Perfect Photo Studio has been my dream come true. My motto, just as it was while serving my country, remains the same: Excellence, Commitment, and Service.
